Hazard prioritisation using the IOGP 384 exposure and severity matrix
How to use: Add each workplace hazard as a separate entry. For each hazard, specify the exposure magnitude — either by entering a measured or estimated concentration against its reference level, or by selecting a qualitative exposure band directly. Then select the potential health consequence severity. Press Analyse to generate the risk matrix and a prioritised action plan.
